IVF Planner — Terms of Use

Effective date: October 5, 2026

These terms cover your use of the IVF Planner app ("the app"), published by Chinese Powered ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and takes precedence where the two differ; on Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply alongside these.

Not medical advice. IVF Planner is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not calculate, recommend or change any dose: it shows and reminds you of what you enter. Always follow your clinic's instructions, check your schedule against them, and contact your clinic or a doctor with any question about your treatment. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Alarms are a help, not a guarantee

The app schedules alarms on your phone, and whether they ring on time depends on things outside the app: notification permission, Focus or Do Not Disturb, the ring/silent switch, battery savers, the "Alarms & reminders" permission on Android, the phone being on and its clock being right, and the information you entered. The app warns you when it can detect a problem, and Settings has a test alarm. Please keep your own backup reminder for anything critical, such as the trigger shot. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the consequences of an alarm that didn't ring or a dose that was missed or mistimed.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use. Don't copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its assets, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law or the store's rules.

IVF Planner Plus

Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are third-party content: we don't endorse what they advertise, and nothing in an ad is medical advice. See the Privacy Policy for what the ad SDK collects and how consent works.

Your data

The app has no accounts and no cloud storage. Everything you enter is stored on your device only; if you uninstall the app, erase it from Settings, or lose the device without a backup file, it's gone and we cannot restore it (store purchases can still be restored). Keep a backup file somewhere safe. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, add or remove features, and may stop offering the app or Plus. If Plus is discontinued, active subscriptions won't renew and the store's refund rules apply to any prepaid period. We'll post material changes to these terms here with a new effective date; continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for missed or mistimed doses, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the app. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app or Plus in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
